Monthly Meetings
General Info: Membership Meetings are held on the first Thursday
of each month, September through June at the U.S. Naval Academy's Officers
and Faculty Club. There are no meetings scheduled in July and August
so that members can take maximum advantage of the boating season.
A social hour begins at 1800, dinner is served at 1900 and is followed
by a guest speaker and a short business meeting. The cost is $25 per
person and reservations may be made by phoning the Squadron HotLine
at (410)263-8777, Extension 4.
Parking Permits for AS&PS monthly meetings at the Naval Academy
Parking for AS&PS monthly meetings at the Naval Academy requires
a vehicle pass. For those members who don’t have passes, we need
all of your relevant information. For changes
or for new passes please submit the following information:

NOTE: The USNA no longer wants personal info any more i.e. social security
numbers and birthdays. Please don’t send this information. Also,
THEY WILL ISSUE ONLY ONE ONE PASS PER PERSON. A vehicle can have multiple
passes but not a individual. So a husband and wife can have separate
passes for the same car but not multiple passes. So if you have more
than one vehicle please choose which vehicle you want to have a pass
for and let us know.
St. Paul Lutheran Church
Located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Rowe and Farragut
Boulevards in Annapolis. It is across the street from the Navy/Marine
Corps Football Stadium. Meetings and classes are held in the lower level
conference room.
Chesapeake Beach Northeast Community Center
AS&PS Classes in Chesapeake Beach are taught at Calvert County's
Northeast Community Center, 4075 Gordon Stinnett Avenue, Chesapaeke
Beach, Maryland 20732.
It is located on the north side of Fishing Creek immediately to the
south of the Town's Water Park. There is plenty of free off street parking
available adjacent to the Community Center which is shared with the
Rod 'N' Reel Marina-West.
Annapolis Middle School
The classes at the Annapolis Middle School are held in the cafeteria.
Although the school is located at 1399 Forest Drive, the most convenient
entrance is off Spa Road on the south side of the school property. There
is a large parking lot immediately adjacent to the entrance by the cafeteria.
Annapolis Maritime Museum
The classes at the Annapolis Maritime Museum are held in the restored
Barge House located at 723 Second Street where it meets the waters of
Back Creek in the Maritime Republic of Eastport section of Annapolis.
There is adequate off street parking adjacent to the Museum.
Crofton Public Library
The classes in Crofton are held at Anne Arundel County's Crofton Public
Library located in the K-Mart/Metro Shopping Center on MD Route 3. There
is plenty of off street parking.
Edgewater Library
Anne Arundel County's is located at 25 Stepney's Lane, one block north
of the intersection of Stepney's Lane and Central Avenue (MD Route 214)
Stepney's Lane is located one block east of the South River Colony Shopping
Center on MD Route 2.
Hillsmere Library
Eastport-Annapolis Neck Branch Library, 269 Hillsmere Dr., Annapolis,
